Hot-dog please!

I decided to eat healthy food and found this beautiful pyramid. Grains- ok, vegetables- ok, fruit- very ok. I can even understand an hour of physical efford a day.
But, hello!!! soymilk? What kind of cow gives that??
And don't worry, I'm not going to eat beans every day;-)
so...soon after I decided to eat healthy food, I decided not to:)

maybe you didn't pay attention to the title of this chart. vegan food guide, which means no products coming from animals. i've never tried soymilk, but still, i use quite a lot of soysauce, and also soy itself now and then. it makes good to your memory. ok, maybe i am not a good example of it but it really does good to your mind. you should try to introduce some elements of this diet into your life, not everything of course cause it's pretty difficult (and useless imho), and you will feel better. believe me, i am really careful what i eat and i feel much healthier now. good luck!

i know it's a bit longish, i hope you don't mind

of course I noticed the title...vegan food is definitely healthy but it is so hard to get rid of all the eating habits. the thing is that the more unhealthy the more tasty some meals are. I guess I'm too weak to resist temptation sometimes:)
Well, judging from how you look, you're stronger than me:)
